1. Go to BMO home page and click “Login”.
2. Login to your HR BMO account.
3. In your BMO account home page, proceed to HR > Leave Application > Cancel Leave (HR).
NOTE: You can set the permission to allow only HR Administrator’s account to access the HR Leave section.

4. Select the employee’s name and click ‘Cancel’ to cancel the employee’s leave application.

5. A message box will pop up. Click ‘OK’ to confirm leave cancellation.

6. Another message box will pop up and inform you that you have successfully cancelled the leave application.

7. The leave application is now cancelled and you can view it from leave application status as the leave application had been removed from the list.
You will notice that Timothy’s compassionate leave application has been cleared from the leave application listing.
